Manhattan Districts 1/2/5 Garage – Yes In My Back Yard!

Principal Paul Bauer AIA, LEED AP presented the Manhattan Districts 1/2/5 Garage at the Center For Architecture on a panel “Taking Urban Infrastructure from NIMBY to YIMBY”.  The facility will house  three district garages for the NYC Department of Sanitation ), with over 150 sanitation vehicles, personnel facilities for each district, and centralized vehicular wash, fueling and repair facilities.
