Socio-Environmental Remediation – Riverbank State Park
Riverbank State Park is featured in Mariana Mogilevich’s article “The Architecture of Remediation: Riverbank Park” inPraxis: a journal of writing + building. Using the clean-up efforts of the Hudson River from the 1960s, Mariana examines the socio-political aspects of sustainable development that converged in the environmental, infrastructure, and public recreation programs of the Riverbank State Park ultimately designed by Dattner Architects and completed in 1993.
