Restoring and Rebuilding NYCHA

John Woelfling AIA, LEED AP BD+C, Principal will present our work on Prospect Plaza at the Forum + Institute for Urban Design on May 29.

The roundtable on Urban Design, Planning & Preservation will explore the theme “Restoring and Rebuilding NYCHA.” John will present Dattner Achitects’ vision for the site and discuss how the project strategies could be replicated. The multi-phase Prospect Plaza will provide over 350 units of NYCHA and low-income housing.
