425 Grand Concourse finds itself in the spotlight during the month of October. The new mixed-use and mixed-income development is currently under construction and set to open in 2022. The Passive House-designed project creates 277 units of affordable housing with a medical facility, supermarket, community support space, and a student services center housed in the two-story base.
Two members of our project team are set to discuss this vital project at two upcoming events.
