Beverly Willis Architecture Foundation (BWAF) has invited Ruth Ro, Principal, to join their Board of Trustees. BWAF’s mission is lead a cultural revolution in the building industry to acknowledge, cultivate, and value women’s contributions and achievements—past, present, and future. They do this through a robust array of award-winning programming, research, and advocacy.
Ruth is one of six professionals becoming trustees in 2025. “I’m thrilled to join the BWAF Board alongside such esteemed colleagues, championing the visibility and recognition of women architects,” Ruth Ro states. “I look forward to advancing this vital dialogue, recognizing the intersectional identities and contributions of all women and women-aligned individuals in architecture.”
Ruth also serves on the executive committee of AAPI New Jersey and the advisory council for Built Out Alliance.
