Dattner Architects’ culture is shaped by our steadfast commitment to architecture that positively impacts our cities. We are advocates for the urban realm and champions for the highest aspirations of every project. We are both architects and advocates of each project we undertake—facilitating the complex exchanges between communities, professionals, and government officials required to identify the project’s vision. Working with teammates, engaging with stakeholders, and collaborating with peers, we seek to understand the project’s social and physical contexts and programmatic requirements. These discoveries become the basis of our design.

From Concept to Realization
Integral to our practice is the determination to realize our designs through skillful detailing, knowledge of materials, and an understanding of construction. Our iterative design process is informed by knowledge of how buildings are built—and how they will be used. We serve as stewards, preserving the design intent through project completion and striving to create the greatest positive impact for the communities we serve.
