Brendan O’Shea views the act of design and the realized product of architecture as generators for community building. His focus on affordable and supportive housing has allowed him to gain extensive experience with approval requirements from agencies such as NYC Department of City Planning, NYC Department of Buildings, and NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development. In addition to affordable and supportive housing, Brendan’s residential portfolio ranges from high-end developments to homeless shelters.
Brendan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture from Pratt Institute.
