Ed Bolivar has in-depth experience managing complex projects for public agencies and institutional clients including the General Services Administration, New York City School Construction Authority, MTA, and NYC Department of Design and Construction. His vast technical experience derives in part from often working in the field during construction.
Ed received his Bachelor of Architecture form New York Institute of Technology.
