Hector Garcia is passionate about enhancing public works to benefit the end user and foster more interconnected and accessible neighborhoods. Deeply influenced by his birth city, Bogotá, Hector draws inspiration from the city’s pedestrian-friendly sidewalks, advanced bus system, extensive bicycle paths, and surplus public parks.
Hector holds a Master of Architecture from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Florida.
