Jessica Soares

Jessica Soares is a strategic thinker with a diverse background spanning architecture, urban planning, marketing, and communications. As Business Development Manager, she spearheads new business initiatives across Institutional, Higher Education, K-12, and Healthcare sectors. She fosters a culture of business development throughout the firm and forges strategic partnerships with clients, consultants, and peers. She grew up in Brazil, where she earned her B’Arch and became a licensed architect. As a Fulbright Scholar at The New School, she explored the intersection of design and communications—a transformative experience that inspired her to pivot her career.

Jessica holds a Bachelor of Architecture and Urban Planning from the Pontifical University of Goias (PUC-GO). She is an active member of the Society for College and University Planning (SCUP).
