Our long-time client, CAMBA Housing Ventures, developed this project in partnership with NYC Housing Preservation & Development’s Supportive Housing Loan Program, New York State’s Homes & Community Renewal and Homeless Housing Assistance Program programs. The building was designed support the health, wellness, and stability of its residents. Apartments are light, bright, and airy with high quality finishes and appliances. A large garden and front as well as rear courtyards, a community room with kitchen, and a library/computer room are open for all tenants. Ample space for the on-site supportive services which CAMBA provides residents was also incorporated into the small building footprint.
