Hub is a dynamic presence on the Brooklyn skyline, bringing vitality and urban appeal to the site of a former parking lot and empty office building. The stepped profile of the 600-foot-tall tower provides scale and articulation while affording numerous corner windows with spectacular city views. The transition from brick to window wall as the building rises complements the vernacular of Brooklyn neighborhoods while giving a sense of lightness to the 55-story skyscraper.

Hub is located at 333 Schermerhorn Street in the nexus of Brooklyn neighborhoods Boerum Hill, Fort Greene, Brooklyn Heights, Park Slope, and Downtown Brooklyn. The building’s ground-floor retail on Schermerhorn and Livingston Streets and the three-story retail anchor on Flatbush Avenue create a lively and engaging street presence for those who live and work in the neighborhood.

"We love this location. We're a short block or two from twelve subway lines and the LIRR. We'll have spectacular views, great layouts, and an iconic presence on the skyline. And we're at the hub of so many great Brooklyn neighborhoods."

Main Entrance

Approaching the main entrance of Hub, one is greeted by materials inspired by Brooklyn’s industrial spirit—a double-height CorTen steel wall panel, displaying the building name, folds into a canopy of exposed concrete, marking the entry and creating a bold and striking street presence.

Lobby

Upon entering the building, the street continues as the exterior facade panels wrap into and through the lobby. In the lobby, industrial materials are juxtaposed with more delicate and refined materials: floating light fixture clouds, a glowing reception desk, tropical plantings, and terrazzo flooring are set against the exposed concrete columns and concrete shell of the stair/elevator core.
